Terminal Feedback on Vessel Summary
Vessel * Open the search tool to find a vessel. Search using IMO/VIN/ENI number (preferred) OR search using part of the vessel name and select from list. Search will take around 15 seconds.
Vessel IMO/VIN/ERN * Auto selected.
Port * Start typing and select from the list. If you can't find the port, choose other and write the location details in the comments text box below.
Terminal * Start typing and select from the list.
Berth * Select from the list
Notify Vetting * The default answer is no. All feedback reports are read and reviewed by the V&C team in due course and there is not normally any need to change this. Changing the answer to YES will send an auto email to V&C to prioritise this feedback report for immediate review. Note that changing the answer in any of the Yes/No boxes below also prioritises this feedback report.

Operational Efficiency * Did the operation run smoothly ? Answer Yes and comment on any good points (good pumping rate and good vapour pressure management), or change the answer to NO and comment on any issues ( e.g. slow pumping rate and a stop due to operational issues). Changing the answer to NO will send an auto email to V&C to prioritise this feedback report for immediate review.

Physical Suitability * Was the vessel physically suitable for the terminal ? Answer Yes and comment on any good points (e.g. good mooring arrangement and good fit for here), or change the answer to NO and comment on any issues (e.g. problems with gangway throughout the operation - but workable).
